試し腹(ためしばら)とは朝鮮半島で行われていたもので、父親が結婚前の自分の娘に対し、妊娠の可・否を調べる為に性行為をする事を云う。大韓帝国の時代まであった風習だが、日韓併合後に直ちに禁止にされた。

自分の娘を血縁の近い男（兄や叔父）に妊娠させて、妊娠できる女と証明させて嫁がせる儒教思想が暴走した悪しき習慣だそうです。日帝が禁止した朝鮮時代の悪しき風習だそうです。

奴婢は品物のように売買・略奪・相続・譲与・担保の対象になった。
